  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal.   We had to cancel our original two nights hotel booking in Banff due to the Hwy 1 road closure caused by the disastrous flooding. We had to change our itinerary and travel through Red Deer to get to Jasper/Banff. We were so glad that we booked into The Hidden Ridge Resort instead (the hotel previously booked and cancelled didn't have a vacancy on t... what people say » he new dates)! A beautiful mountain cottage/chalet setting with a stunning view, a spacious and very well equipped one bedroom apartment was a nice ch - The view from the hot tub and warm pool. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely too! The kitchenette was a great thing to have to cook our own food and the BBQ was very nice to use. The inexpensive long distance phone fee was awesome as was the free parking and free shuttle bus into Banff (not to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge/lobby all day)

  I love that it close to walk to do shopping. Lots of shopping and places to eat close by. We had a king suite it was nice and roomy as we we stayed 4 nights.
