The location of this charming, boutique hotel is excellent. On a quiet street, but steps away from the Frontenac and promenade. We enjoyed several waterfront picnics in the Jardin immediately across the street. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. All of the main attractions of the old city are within easy walking distance. The price was reasonable.
I loved this hotel. I have visited Quebec City many times and this was
definitely the best location that I have stayed. It is a short stroll
from a quiet and relaxing room to the many sites, shopping and
incredible tastes that can only be found in Quebec City. Our room had a
large tub to unwind in after the winter day excursions.all reviews »

The shower in our room, #11, has a very narrow access. It was awkward, but not really a problem for us, but a very large person would have difficulty.
No room service or anything like that but really didn't need anything.
