Friendly staff although busy still had time for a chat and to help with where and what to do.Relaxed, comfortable environment. Super clean. 10 mins walk to old city and about 6 mins from central station. Imogen is such a lovely staff member. She loves her job and made our stay really pleasant. Thank you. The proximity to everything - night life, shopping, dining.They had a very attractive girl working down in the reception.
