  We liked the freedom of self- catering & the space in the 1 bedroom chalet we had booked. It was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The surroundings were very pleasant & relaxing - well kept grounds & a lovely view too. All credit must go to Anna- Marie who manages the site & is very keen that you are happy & have every... what people say » thing you need. She cleaned the rooms every day, replenished supplies & even baked a delicious blackberry pie for us! - Although you have to travel about 3 km down a dusty gravel road to get there, it is worth it. Cedar Park Resort has manicured grounds and friendly staff/owners. Our accommodation was a 2 bedroom duplex cabin which was very clean and it had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Playing cards were even provided. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing. I would stay again and I recommend the resort.

  Room was very clean with good sheets, towels, pillows and very good mattress. Great location, close to ferry and waterfront and it also happens to be where the Greyhound bus drops off and picks up. - Very comforble bed and the best pillows!   Haida Way Inn offered good basic accommodation. Breakfast was excellent in terms of quantity. Well positioned for ferry travel to Alert Bay or trips toTelegraph Cove. - An excellent spot to use as a base while we explored the surrounding areas.
