We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!!. Loved the room with the fireplace set up nice and comfortable romantic lil patio was cute as well colors were nice as well. Enjoyed the stay wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed it more oh loved the restraunt area and the store as well very convient.
all reviews » It is a high end facility in a private secluded area. It is the perfect five star hide away. I would love to live there 3 months out of the year if I could. Great dining also. Good location for our needs.Off season,good value for your money.Another family member booked two bedroom suite,was just beautiful ,and roomy very functional. I loved the trail down to the beach and the gazebo with the BBQ. I liked the trail that led around to the other side of the bay and also the hot tub outside. everything about it was great I didn't get enough time to enjoy it like I wanted to but I will for sure return great place. Really Liked it It was a pleasant Sutprise would stay again and would like to try the Dining Room. Room was very nice ,comfortable I will return ,had nice comfortable sleep. beautiful location, nice rooms, great food. View ocean. The surrounding gardens were well maintained. The Landing Grill was to expensive for what you get...service was ok but food portions were small and food preparation was fair. Spa tub Pool/hot tub/sauna. Restaurant was good, location on water was nice. Would recommend for families. The room was nice the staff were ok and the grounds were nice too. The area is beautiful. Nothing. The bathtub was very slippery and I didn't like the shower doors I'm a bigger lady and had difficulties with it getting in and out was scary I almost slipped and fell the desk did get me a bathmat it helped. Also I recommend hand held showers as well. I have dusabities and found it very difficult to shower maybe set some rooms up specifically for the disabled I was really disappointed to hear u had none other than the bathroom shower it was great. Thanks Tamara and Daniel van der torre. Bed was too hard.Pillows were too soft. It would of been nice if there were other restaurants close by as some family members didn't like the menu choices and thought too expensive. nothing. DR not open for breakfast. Restaurant wasn't open for breakfast. Hot tubs outside were so small I love children so many no room Take dip Hot tub Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Patio didn't have an umbrella to provide shade. to many wasps on patio. Bed to high, and wash basin bowls to high. Ocean view blocked by to many trees. No Microwave/kettle. Did not like bathroom setup/door opened to sink area/did not like basin sink/no soap dish. Pool changing room floor very wet - mopped up would have been nice Would have like to book a spa, but closed for holiday-knowing ahead of time would have been nice. Didn't know restaurant didn't serve breakfast. Adjoining room doors and poor insulation? Make for incredibly noisy neighbours...even when merely at talking level. No maid service the whole time. Thin walls, no available front desk for noise complaints at night. When we did complain about noisy children after midnight, they suggested we should have called the police(!). Would not recommend for couples travelling without children. The noisy neighbours that partied all nite long and the arguing they did during our entire stay. Our 3 nights were sleepless nights because of the neighbours. The fact that the front desk staff had no control of this situation-unacceptable in my mind. I know others had similar complaints and nothing was done about the noisy all night partying - very disappointed. There were many maintenance issues that the staff didn't seem to care much about. We were locked out of our room on 3 occasions as the key cards would not work. Jet tub was broken. Utensils broken and missing. Wifi connection was very poor and intermittent. The room was dirty,the glass full of finger prints on all of them.there was no ocean view and not luxury room false advertising . No air toilet was broken.we will never stay there again .it was my 60th BDay not enjoyable at all.
