  I liked, in a word, the price. In three, the price and free breakfast. It's a cheap, decently clean, decently comfortable, decently located motel. Expect that and nothing more and you won't be disappointed. Amenities included: fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast was simple, mainly being toast and cereal, but also included fruit, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. They're currently renovating - very relaxing and peaceful. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a great price and good location. We loved the pool and basketball net, The cleaning staff were very nice and did a great job. Breakfast was plentiful with cereal, toast, fresh fruit and yogurt. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

  I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. Parking is free, as is WiFi and the hotel offers a very good hot complimentary brea - 4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space. Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food. Coffee is always available. The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

  Location, staff's disposition, parking, cleaness. I read the good reviews and booked it. Then I read the bad ones and had second thoughts. My experience was the total opposite of the comments I read in the bad reviews. No problem with the room, got a free upgrade, no smoking smell (and we had 1 baby and 1 toddler so you can figure we needed a cle... what people say » an smoke-free room). Location is fantastic, parking on site, and the owner was very friendly and willing to provide all information. We lost 1 of the - Reasonably priced, centrally located, quiet, comfortable bedding and two pool choices, front desk staff especially Alaina(morning staff) very helpful and giving us suggests of where to go & what we could do. Continental breakfast, nothing fancy but a good start to get you going. Would recommend and stay again.Considering the small amount of time spent in room not necessary to spend alot for the stay. Car not necessary to get around in town. Also used Bus transit pass with tours pkg.purchase

  We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

  I was very hesitant since I have never stayed at this Best Western before but we were very impressed. It was clean and very neat. We loved the balcony. It is really close to the falls like they say, and a ton of restaurants. It is right across the street from the IMAX theatre. We parked our car on the Saturday afternoon and didn't have to move it until check out the next afternoon. - The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet. I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)
