the receptionist was super nice. very quite,pleasant staff. The hotel personnel was really friendly. They waited for us, although we arrived really late. They helped us organizing seightseeing tours. The room was quite big and clean. The Niagra Falls downtown was at 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Staff was extremely accommodating. Due to a severe snowstorm we were almost 2 hrs late for check-in. They were still pleasant when we arrived and full of useful information.
