The rooms were beautiful, my boyfriend and I stayed in the superior king suite which was an amazing size room, three windows looking out on to Sainte Paul street the view was beautiful from the rooms, rooms very modern. Really nice cozy hotel. Every morning the fruit salad and crossants for breakfast were really good. Staff we so helpful and friendly. If you stay at this hotel and love Mexican food you must go to Casa De Matteo it's a 2 minute walk from the hotel on Xavier street. Delicious foo.

Breakfast offerings were exceptional great. Contemporary furniture and decor in centuries old building. Complementary fitness center in sister hotel a few doors away. The location was perfect for old Montreal and the staff at the desk were friendly and very helpful when it came to finding a place for dinner. We liked the fact there was always coffee, tea and cake at reception (any time of day). Convenience of being in Old Montreal and close to many shops and restaurants. Also enjoyed being by the old port. Much to do and see. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning as well. Staff is friendly. Fabulous breakfast included with your room - its continental but it has fresh fruit salad, croissants, two types of freshlh baked bread and honey cereals cappuccinos lattees or espressos . Fix front exterior door so its not a struggle to keep open when entering. Standing on the stairs and arguing with the door was not fun. Maintenance needs to regularly attend to the black mildew spores climbing up the shower's walls. Management needs to put a not e in the shower explaining that when turning the handle for water they've set it to that clockwise means hot rather than counterclockwise as the overwhelming number of showers do. Access by car was a little challenging on the old roads of Montreal. Maid service. Did not provide new-fresh towels on 2 of the days of our 4 night stay. Nothing it was perfect. Not enough hooks or rails to hang used towels. Bed too soft Room ceiling very low but cozy decor. i thought when i booked online with letsbookhotel.com the price that I was quoted was the quote for both nights but when i checked out, the second night was higher and the staff were very friendly and triple checked for me, but advised that the amount listed on letsbookhotel.com was an average - husband kept hitting bed frame in small room!. The rooms were very small, and the was a comfortable public area to hang out in. The Nelligan up the street looked like a better choice, with their bar and couches on the main floor which would have been great to have a drink and hang out before or after going out for dinner. small breakfast room with minimal breakfast offering no comfortable sitting area price.
