Staff were wonderful and most accommodating. As we only had one day and night, we were very happy that the riverfront and Chinese and Latin quarters were very accessible (20 mins) by foot. very helpful and courteous staff, near city centre, near metro. very good value for money.They bring up the breakfast in the room!! Near central bus station. The location is great ~ within walking distance of many sites as well as being close to two metro stations. No difficulty finding places to eat or shopping in the vicinity. Continental breakfast every morning, delivered to the room, was a nice touch.all reviews »
We had a wonderful,new renovated room in the 3rd level and breakfast was very good. Nice ambience!. we liked the location and the the employees courtesy. Helpful attitude of the staff at reception. Good location near the Bus Terminal, and easy walk to the Metro, with a good rate.Good location and helpful staff. I think the rooms in the lower levels are not so nice as they are probably quite dark. The surrounding area of the hotel is not so nice, but you are very close to UQAM metro station and just 15 min to old Montreal by foot.the air conditioning is a little noisy. The check-in time is too late specially those arriving in an early morning flight.Rooms a bit small, although probably to be expected for a building of this age. One simple thing that could be done would be to have a trash can in the main room, rather than only one in the bathroom. The room I used needs to be refurbished. The AC and the fridge did not work. The continental breakfast served was very light.
