the price $119per night at an upscale Mtl hotel- room was located on executive floor with special lounge, great up to date decor in room. staff was friendly, our concierge was very helpfull!! we lucked into a great deal!!. It was very central to shopping/entertainment and a short walk fromthe train station. We were able to check in early which was a bonusas we arrived shortly after 10am and didn't really expect to be ableto check in.

When in Montreal we will probably stay with Delta again. excellent location, great staff, eager to help , rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable ..at this great rate ..it was a deal beyond my expectations. The hotelclerks at the desk were extremely helpful. They gave advice concerning directions, shopping etc. As wellthey offered an upgrade to my room. The staff was more than friendly, made you feel at home. When we go backwe will be staying there again, and also recommending hotel to others.The town, the people, spacios room, balcony, the hotel location - right between Crescent and S Laurent, great!. We wanted a later check out time, and your staff accomodated our needs happily!!. it was right in the heart of the city jazz festival, shopping. Friendly staff ,clean, nice furnished and decorated room. Hotel staffs as well as services were great. staff very friendly. I was happy with the lounge and the person working there was very friendly. I had my kids with me and it was easy having them their I felt welcomed every where I went. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the pool area. the room was nice and spacious, it had a balcony, everything was clean and comfortable,. This I must say stopped me from sleeping well, which was to bad since the confertors were so nice and comfy. Also I could not find my robe which I thought came with the room. It would have been handy for the pool area. the fact that the couldn't find my online rate until the next day and that i was charged 20$ more for the room than expected at first...everything wa fixed the next morning though. I was dissappointed to find there was no refridgerator in the room.The bathroom,specifically the bathtub and faucet were rather archaic. The bathroom needed some more lighting in the shower area.no...very clean and comfortable...rate was a little higher than I had expected to pay...but was okay. TV set can be change. the mold and dirty carpets. May I suggest that you adopt the brand of coffee that the Delta on University St. Montreal provides in their restaurants.. It is delicious, while the one that we drank (nabob) was very bland and not so great.. thank you. ..It was very noisy on my first night stay. I couldn't sleep until 4:39am and finally had to call the front desk to complain....... If I have to complain about anything, then the Internet connection was a bit slow. The room was big but had an old television and upgrading to a flatscreen would make it feel more modern. There was no Delta bath robes in the closet and that would have been nice for when going down to the pool. the room's furniture was so out of date, it was as if i was still in the late 90's. I didn't care for the bed. the exchange of money was not right. The Swimming facility and women change area was filthy! And the room service ie. food quality and arrival of room service was terrible. The temperature in the sauna was very low and we weren't able to use it.Room was not ready when I checked in at 18.00 I had to wait 40mins or accept another room which I did.Remote control did not work well for tv,I found that operation of hot-cold water for shower confusing... Our Booking.com room reservation was not respected and we spent our first night in a lower quality room due to 'over booking'. Note that the bathroom floors are unusually slippery.b fast was not included. parking, value for the money,. The room was very dark and damp, may be it was because of the way it was facing. I like more modern hotels. Food and bed. we were disapointed that a room that costs $200 (with the $20 per night upgrade) didn't have a mini bar or a safe.Old building and roomsvery noisy heating system.
