Fantastically friendly staff; very helpful. I had an upgrade to a studio with kitchenette and fireplace. Comfy room. Highly recommended. Mont Tremblant is a great place to visit. The staf was incredibly friendly The next door restaurant Cage des sports, great for "les cotes levées" swimming pool and whirlpool/spa the wood "foyer" feu ouvert. Nice and clean, friendly. Super value, location close to city centre ville. In-room small kitchen is very convenience.

Their great attitude made the stay very enjoyable. I like the kitchenette option. It's nice not to have to go to restaurants all the time. Best price for a big room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. Big room Clean Staff Friendly Location. Mezanine room was great. Fire place in the room. Nothing. the water from pool and whirlpool should be more changed so that less chlore should be added (little to much chlore odor) Aldough I understand the friendlyness for the locals to "supply" also the pool for the local schools/fitness, availability before 20.00h 08.00pm would be appreciated for the guests, but this is a small issue compared to the quality, rooms and friendliness. He pool was very heavy with clorine but not much they can do about that besides that no complaints. Nothing worth complaining about. The outdoors doors slam very loudly and can be heard from adjacent rooms easily. I was charged 20 per extra guest instead of 10 per extra guest. Someone needs to correct that. The toilet bowl was quite small and uncomfortable. -WIFI was frequently down or inaccessible -one of two burners in kitchenette didn't work -rigid policy regarding paying for entire week at beginning of stay. Parking lots full of mad and holes. The sink in the room was not desirable and made us not want to use it. The toilet kept running, had to giggle the handle all the time.
