I loved this property. We stayed there on our honeymoon. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a dear at our terrasse every morning. The hotel is ideally located on Mirror Lake and is slightly off the beaten path. The location is pristine. The grounds are wonderfully kept. Breakfast in the morning was generous. Every room has a Keurig coffee maker. The towels were better than the average hotel. The place is immaculately clean. The beds were absolutely comfortable. There is a gas firepl.
all reviews » We loved the complimentary breakfast that was included in our 2 night stay and when we arrived we received 2 free tickets for the gondola up the mountain, as well as 2 $10 coupons for the casino which we were not expecting, so that was great. Suite on the 3rd floor was beautiful- had our own private balcony. Luxury, down duvet and pillows-very comfortable. Nice kitchenette included with all the basic cooking tool essentials. Perfect distance from village, literally a 2 minute walk. Fireplace wa. They always had someone at the desk in the front if you had any questions. The original person that greeted us was very very pleasant. Their was another person replacing her the next day and she was not very pleasant. I heard her speaking to others and was not very friendly or helpful. It was close to the pedestrian park which worked out well. .......friendliness of the staff ...complim.24 hr specialty coffee/tea bar ....cleanliness .....complim.lovely extensive continental breakfast buffet .....comfortable , ONLY WHITE bedding ....landscaping & surrounded by trees ...spacious suite ....spacious bathroom ....can keep car in underground garage for extended time. Clean hotel, great rooms, and in the middle of the tourist town. price -quality point. Staff were friendly and helpful Underground car parking Valet ski service. There is a full kitchen but no oven. The Tv's could be updated to a larger flat screen. Parking should have been included. It was an expensive hotel. You had to pay an extra $25 per person to have the valet ski. That was worth it rather than dragging your skis back. ...sofa bed not too comfortable ....prefer no carpeting ....nice to have a separate shower stall. .... (my preference)hoping hotels switch to the clean cut look of blinds instead of heavy pleated curtains. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with some stuff. The main reason why I went to this hotel was for the pool and the unlimited access to the gondolas. I understans my stay was during the beginning the week from Monday to Wednesday, but I was never told ahead of time that because it is early in the season the gondola would be closed as well as the pool. Those are the reasons why I picked this hotel and only found out at my arrival and was truly disappointed. Other than that, I enjoyed our stay. no inside help for KIDS, could not find babysitter. No doctor or pharmacy at the resort.. THAT WAS VERY ANNOYING!! I was alone, with 2 kids and no car. The toilet didnt stop blocking, one of the doors weren't closing, expensive parking. Terrible breakfast and outdated CRT TVs. There was no bar in hotel There was no room service The bath towels were tiny The bed was not properly made by housekeeping We stayed in a queen suite and it was not cheap therefore we did expect more from the hotel.
