The hotel was gorgeous. The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and had a balcony and fireplace. Definitely the best part was the outdoor hot tub that was open all night. I was really nice to be able to have a beer in the hottub (I'm not sure of the official rules, but our access cards let us into the pool and the pool was never covered and we saw other people with beer in the pool). I've never seen a place where I could use an outdoor hottub past 10, so this was really nice. The shuttle service was .
all reviews » It is a very picturesque Hotel, more like an Inn, situated a 5 minute drive from Mt.Tremblant. The hotel has a shuttle that runs to and from Mt.Tremblant at your beck and call, rooms are spacious,clean there is a small indoor pool an outdoor pool and a large exterior spa.A small bar large lounge area with 2 free access computers and large screen tv set up. A high end restaurant is also on premises. The staff, especially Suzanne, was really helpful. She made sure all our questions and needs were met and taken care of. I also liked the facilities. There's an outdoor and indoor pool as well as a hot tub. There is a kitchen in our room, with cooking necessities such as spoon, forks, scissors, tongs included. The view was just spectacular. Lake Beauvallon was just right in the backyard. We liked everything! Dan greeted us as we arrived and treated the 4 of us as kings and queens! He shuttled us to the mountain and back and even took us to the grocery store. I can't say enough good things about how well we were treated. The room was beautiful, beds were awesome, pillows terrific! What a wonderful get away. We were traveling by motorcycle and the Chateau was a haven. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They truly go out of their way to personalize their treatment of every guest from adults to young toddlers. All the amenities are child friendly without loosing the elegant atmosphere and attention to detail. It was truly a one of a kind experience for the entire family, including my hard-to-please kids. But overall, great experience and wish I could have stayed their longer. rare for me to say but no negatives. Waiting to check till 4pm was a killer after a 8 hr drive from long island ny, they should really change the check in time!!. tv's were old (need HDMI inputs) one of the bathrooms in our room was akwardly laid out would be ideal if hotel restaurant served breakfast. Only one small comment and that is we would have liked to have access to robes that we could have worn to to the hot tub or pool but this is a minor issue. No window at the bedroom.... Ice machine on 2nd floor, out of the way!!! Nothing really crucial!. no BBQ area. No external HDMI input on TV, no additional entrance other than the front door. You cannot have access to a BBQ. Personaly, the pilows are too big (fat). Nothing. I cannot come up with a thing !!!. Our stay was to short, not long enough to experience more of what the facilities had to offer. Restaurant seating cramped and we were seated close to check in and entrance to restaurant and swinging door for waiters so this distracted freom our enjoyment of our meal. This invoice is difficult to comprehend, even days after leaving. Also, the check out staff was unable to divide the invoice equally between two credit cards as requested. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the showers. I think a 4 star hotel should clean the room everyday. I had to ask for cleaning service after 2 days but I think one should not have to ask. an communal BBQ in the courtyard in the winter would be a very welcomed addition. They are a few miles from the Mt-Tremblant ski hills, but they offer free shuttle service, so no complaints. N/A. We staid in 2-b condo. It was wery clean when we just came there. But they didn't clean the room all 4 days that we were there. nothing. doors to the rooms should be better insulate to the corridor. could hear and could see the light in the corridor. Too poor kitchen stuff. None!. Maid service slow. The indoor pool was so small and the water was so cold, all in all the pool was useless. The cost... Mismanagement of my credit card, accounting not respecting contract with letsbookhotel.com and customer.
