we were only stopping over for the night in toronto, and needed a place to sleep, this airport had a good shuttle service too and from the airport and a really comfortable bed !!!!!!. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, wake up call on time, dinner in the on site restaurant was excellent. Price was good and shuttle to airport on time. A good experience.Everyone was extremely friendly. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. The staff were all great.

Real hotels have been able to make this happen without these gyrations. All was clean and confortable. The transportation was efficient to and from the airport. Althoughtairport was 15 min drive on highway. Convenient location and free parking which is a huge plus.Close to the airport. Close to airport. price. tub faucet dripped. We were not impressed with the restaurant. We did find out that it is run by a separate party but it does reflect on the hotel. The single waitress was required to wait on tables, work as cashier and also help with food preparation in kitchen. This made service extremely slow and we have our doubts about proper food handling when the waitress was required to multi task. Pool area was disgusting, nails and pubic hair around the whirlpool and the pool area. The sauna was dirty mold in corner will not go to these amenities. we had a long wait before our departure for the airport and they have no lounge to use whilst waiting apart from three chairs in reception. Would have liked the option of them having an international adapter for the lap top, as had had no time to buy one before reaching Canada, so internet use was dissapointing, as had to work on battery. A small thing that could have made a difference.Not really. I waited for 30 mins for a hamburger that was to be ready in 10 mins. Since the hotel is a park and fly location there was limited parking and by the time we got back to the hotel after our event there was no more parking available and we had to take a chance and park in the parking lane and pray we won't be ticketed, towed or scratched. Also the breakfast buffet was sub-standard - the eggs were dry and the bacon was chewy. The staff were very serious and need to smile a little more.the hot tub was dirty, to pool was to cold. 1. No slippers provided. 2. The bill did not indicate currency. If I had learned it's in C$, I would prefer to pay by credit card rather than cash.The room was uncomfortably hot and unable to control heat settings. Advertised that restaurant opened at 6am but only opened at 7. Had to go elsewhere for breakfast to make a 7am meeting. When we put the heating on for approximately 30 minutes there was a burning smell.Additional charges in addition to tax not mentioned on internet when booking. Keys had to be reprogrammed regularly. Yes too conservative looking.they should hav a time when no children in pool. asked for a smoking room at least 2 weeks in advance and did not get it the first night. My employer arranged payment for my stay using their corporate credit card. Upon arricing the desk person told me that they would not accept the card on the reservation ans would have to use the swioed card. They provided me with a fax to have the corporate card information sent to the hotel This was done with a receipt to my employer, but the hotel had no recod of the fax when I inquired. I ha. I don't like coffee-corner in the bathroom. We were told parking was free. In fact, it was free for the first nightonly then we had to pay each additional night after that. When wechecked in, that lady was so awful and not friendly at all. The hotel was poorly lit and under renovation. The television only had about 20 channels and worked poorly.I booked a business room but got an ordinary room. Absolutely shocked at how bad the service was at this place. Hotel shuttle is unreliable and overbooked; we waited an hour for it. Staff were indifferent and totally unhelpful. The "manager" did not have the "key" to redeem our room vouchers. All in all, a very unprofessional operation. Rooms were clean and the location is good, but the bad staff make this place completely avoidable.remote for tv didn't work, shower drained extremely slowly. When I booked the hotel room it was indicated that it would be for a late arrival. When we arrived we requested from the desk clerk for a 3:30a.m. wake up call so that we could catch the 1st shuttle to terminal 3.Far too noisy inside the hotel, most of it made by loud staff. Staff were not welcoming. Dreadful location on a busy junction. my boyfriend and I did not like the way that we got taken care of by one of your staff. Everything. First impression was the awful smell in the hall. Than receptionist gave me the key to the somebody else room. I also hate that I could not open the window! Air conditon was loud and old.
