The comfort. The suite was a perfect size. Nice price didn't believe that I could pay what I did and get the room I did. Bed was perfect and lots of pillows lol usually u get the bare minimum and it didn't happen here. I recommend the Day's Inn. I made a mistake with my reservation on the dates. I was given a 100% refund. I did not expect to be treated so well. Great Job. Extremely considerate. Thnak you.
all reviews » The bed was amazing, so comfortable! It was clean and had averyting we needed. The pool was really nice. I bookd it because of theoutdoor pool. It's very quiet, we stay there whenever we go to Kelowna, it's clean the beds are very comfortable and the staff is super friendly. The front desk manager was very friendly and accomodating when we needed to change to a bigger room. She went above and beyond when the staff member was less than helpful. It was dated and tired looking, especially the hallway and stair carpets. Tacky plastic flowers outside. No plug for bathtub and that you can only go right out of parking lot so have to go all the way around or try to cut across 2 lanes or traffic to turn left at lights on leathhead otherwise it's a great place. breakfast was good but yogurt would be a nice addition. Being in wine country, a corkscrew and wine glasses would have been nice. Small workout room, but did the trick. Pool was cold, but could get used to it quickly and felt great on hot days. Nothing. would like to see waffle maker as part of Continental breakfast provided. The Breakafast could have had some sausage or Bacon. Despite having asked for a nonsmoking room, they put us in one with that "distinctive smell" of cleaning behind smokers. nothing. Smaller than the average econo motel rooms. Room dark - couch in poor shape. Limited counter space in both bathroom and sink area. Lighting not great. Breakfast service not great. Some outside exterior areas need attention, although building itself appeared to have been painted. Maid service on 2 day stay was a bit marginal. Far too expensive for what you got. very loud. group of high scholl kids were very loud around the hot tub and in the driveway below my bedroom window until after 9 pm hoping is was a isolated booking not a party motel. noisy at night, small rooms. The bed was lopsided. The breakfast was not what we expected, packaged and microwaveable, not fresh. When we complained to the breakfast staff she just walked away and ignored my request. I then complained to the front desk clerk and explained my situation and she never bothered to apologize nor say anything except for okay. I thought that she would say she would pass it onto management but she never did.
