Excellent location in the centre of town and close to all amenities. An ideal place for stop over to the Rockies. Room was spacious and comfortable. Food excellent. Rooms were large, well furnished Staff very helpful Pool area very good, but hot-tub was being repaired so not available. Location was excellent. It was a great visit the hotel was way more than what I expected staff are nice and vey helpful room is clean ,comfortable.

As I was alone, I enjoyed interacting with all the staff. We choosed this hotel for our trip to the rockies. We stayed two times. Friendly crew. Rooms OK. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for us both at the desk and also in the bar. modern look and facilities were nice. great location for walking to pubs and restaurants. The rooms were quiet and clean. The location was great and staff very friendly. Beds were really comfortable room was very clean Staff friendly and helpful. Value package was par excellence as cost of King Club room included full breakfast for two :) Two thumbs way up for HOtel 540. pleasant staff and good location in downtown Kamloops. i like the fact that we left. on my way. The hotel looks like a block of flats from outside which gives a poor impression. The room size description was incorrect for the room we were allocated, but they moved us to a larger one without question. The WiFi connection was poor was using my phone as a portable modem. We only stayed for one night and had no comlaints. There was nothing negative about my stay at all. price too high for hotel rating, as well I was charged for parking at check out not told or offered to park elsewhere at check in. The tv wasn't working and had three or four interruptions until finally the tv repair man showed up. The elevator didn't work. And the restaurant blue was just awful. Food wasn't cooked, coffee was the same stuff from the rooms and it was awful. Plus we found a long black hair in our meal. The hotel still put a $250 hold on my credit card. Even though I pre paid through letsbookhotel.com and later cancelled it. noisy air conditioning room very small. Everything was fine. The extra charge for the last day. In true honesty I think I shouldn't of been charged. I was two hours late but did not use the room. But this helps me to descide if I will stay their again. It is not the money, it's the principal. I prefer having a breakfast bar over a restaurant. the construction they were doing on th hotel. it will be nice when they are done so i would stay with them again. paying for parking. The bed was uncomfortable. Small room. Did not get a good buck for my dollar. Highly over rated. Noisy guests on our floor. Restaurant service, the bathroom (no bath) Parking, and light coming in through the curtains at 5:30 am. No microwave. and the idea of having to use room card to operate elevator to go up and not down. Older hotel with small rooms. Pay for underground parking at this facility was unclled for. Should be included. Everywhere else in the city is.
