  Firstly I will say that from the moment we arrived at this hotel until the moment we left we felt very comfortable and at home. Aly who met us the first night was very professional and personable. He made us feel very much at home during our entire stay at this hotel. We appreciated very much his compassion and caring once he found out the reason ... what people say » that we were staying there. The entire staff were very good and the facilities were excellent. We really appreciated the complimentary suppers as well - From the moment I arrived at the Comfort inn, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly staff that went out of they're way and certainly beyond my expectations to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed and comfortable in a very professional and friendly manner that left me impressed. My stay at the Comfort inn was nothing short of a pleasure. And I was able to get a wonderful night rest. The rooms themselves are very clean and provide everything needed. Excellent hotel, staff, service and price

  Loved the Staff. Some of the Friendliest staff We have ever come across in our travels (especially the Front Staff) Rooms were huge & clean, Food in the Breakfast Buffet was great. All around, Great Experience!! - Location was excellent as I had business at the Guelph Food Tech Centre.

  Staff were the friendliest of just about anywhere I have stayed in 5 years of travelling. Super helpful and really genuine. The hotel is clean and really well kept. The rooms are large and functional. The pool and gym are small but great. For this price range you will not get better value, in the western world. Special thanks to Sue in the restaurant for her he - Very friendly staff at the reception and dining facilities, who were caring and kind with our 3 children (all under 10 yrs). They allowed us to change rooms to have one with a fridge. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and the kids loved it. Price was good for it's location and included the breakfast buffet with a decent selection, which is appreciated with kids.

  Very nice accomodations for the money. Small kitchenette was an added feature. Breakfast offered many choices, hot and cold.   I liked the fact that the room and bathroom were very clean. I liked the internet access. - The room was basic, but it was quite clean and everything was functional (microwave, fridge, large-screen TV with cable, lights, etc.) Internet was free and high-speed as advertised. Fine for a night's stopover.
