Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

We had a wonderful stay in Charlottetown and Dawson House. Stacy and Randy are very friendly, fun and helpful with the area. Breakfast was always fantastic, and it was great to talk to the other guests to hear about site seeing plans and experiences from the day

We felt very accomodated. We liked the fact that we were given the choice of reusing our towels and bedding...such a waste of time and resources to do otherwise. We had a number of questions/requests after the first day of our stay and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

The owners were incredibly hospitable and helpful, offering so many little touches to improve their guests' stay, from bits of luxury in the rooms, to delightful breakfasts, to being more than willing to offer advice and tips for enjoying the island. I have stayed at the inn several times and i in enjoy the great location, it has the feel of home when you are living out of a suite case. it is the small details that keep me coming back as well the fish and chips may have something to do with that as well. i will continue to stay at the inn when i come to the Island. -

Had a great breakfast (chef baked fresh bread, muffins and quiche). The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. Room (Loft) was very clean, private balcony, lots of room. Friendly and made us feel at home. Gave great recommendations and guidance for our stay in Charlottetown. Can't wait to come back for another (longer) stay.
