Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop. The Keg is also a nice dinner option to be linked to.   The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! - This hotel is obviously catering to business clients and was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Recommended.

  The children really liked the pool water slide in the tower -the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Staff were very polite and responsive when the pool ran out of towels. Enjoyed the fridge and coffee service in the room.   I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me.   Perfectly decent hotel, nice free breakfast, no complaints whatsoever on room cleanliness, mini-fridge in room, short walk to c-train. Overall, great value for the dollar. - The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition and the cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend this as a stay for anyone.

  Room was big and clean...very quiet. It was very convenient to stay there and do a bit of Casino fun and watch the Big Sugar Concert. Had a lot of fun, met some interesting people. - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were traveling with two large dogs and it was not problem at all. Only a short walk into town making it ideal location for us. Very good place to stay. - I love the dark tones of this hotel room and the large standing shower (no tub) with the "rain" style faucet was perfect. I hear they'll be starting some renovations sometime within the next year too and I would most definetly stay here again, with or without the reno's. Terrific experience!
