  The owners/staff were awesome - I walked in and she already had my paperwork in her hands, though we were not expected for several hours and the hotel was fully booked. The room was clean and comfortable, and there is a very nice little courtyard to relax in while enjoying the free (and good) coffee.   I needed to be close to SFU for meetings and this was the perfect location. There are plenty of options for dining, a grocery store and easy public transit if I needed more services. - The place was clean and easily accessible with great facilities. The queen room with the sofa bed worked perfectly for 3 adults and overall it was a great stay.
