She had excellent customer service skills.She moved me to another room without hesitation when I was unhappy with the first one. - Very happy that pets are allowed. Enjoyed continental breakfast. We were happy that family-style restaurants are close by.

  The staff was most accommodating. Extremely helpful and pleasant. I can not say enough about how we were made feel welcome and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to see that we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. - The hotel was a pleasant surprise.   The Billiard Suite was gorgeous and quite. It has its own private entrance. Great place for a getaway. We took the bicycle to tour they made. We would never have known the history staying at a chain hotel. Amazing place.

  We loved the pool. It's in a beautiful room that has lots of windows. It has a luxurious atmosphere at night and in the morning. My kids didn't want to get out! - The staff was excellent. While the rooms are older and could use an upgrade they were very clean, as were all areas of the hotel that we saw.
