The hotel was a calming influence amongst the surrounding husstle and bustle of the town. The staff were without exception well trained to pander to any requests and their enthusiasm was a joy. We very much liked the colonial architecture and the authenticity of the hotel. The service was immaculate and the food was really very good!. Excellent service and comfort that you would expect from the Raffles name. Quality of the Food was exceptional.
