the nicest staff of probably any hotel i've ever stayed at. very comfortable rooms - they upgraded us for free too. spotlessly clean bathroom (though oddly, the toilet and shower each separately came directly off the bedroom). the breakfast was excellent - a lot of choices, and very accommodating for changes. very well priced tours of the temples via tuk-tuk, and you can arrange them at a moments notice. nice to be just a little back from pub street. it was an excellent stay and i could recomme.
all reviews » Excellent location right in the heart of Siem Reap. Very safe and has a security guard on 24/7. Reception is staffed permanently an the team are just excellent, they give you a welcome juice, hot towel an a complete run down of things to do in the area on a free map. Gorgeous oasis of a pool, you can completely forget you're in the middle of a place like Siem Reap when you're surrounded by the trees and bird noises. A minutes walk to pub street and the markets. Breakfast was excellent. This hotel is located at a side road off the main 'Old Market' area, and is well situated for most activities. The design of the hotel is beautiful, with a blend of contemporary and French colonial influences. The lobby and meal area is beautifully furnished, and the rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool offers some respite from the heat, and is perfect for a mid-afternoon swim. After the first bad impression of cambodian people, the staff of this hotel makes you forget this! Never been in a more friendly hotel then this one!!! The room is verry clean and verry nice! Not far from the bussy street but not much noice. We booked a tuktuk with them, not expensive and verry friendly. We would use the facilities after chek out because of a late flight,...verry good service. Very good hotel in a quiet street close to food stalls, restaurants, shops and lively Pub street. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean room with amenities. Good internet service. Breakfast is plenty,served buffet style or a la carte, depending on the amount of guests. And last but not least, there is a small but very nice swimming pool to enjoy after a hot day at Angkor Wat. The location was perfect, really close to the night market and lots of bars and restaurant. The staff was really nice, we had to check out at midday but our flight was late in the evening so in the afternoon they allowed us to another room to have a shower and get changed. Just perfect. Location can't be better. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. And a little swimming pool to cool down after a long day at the temples. Although the location is a bonus, it can get a little noisy at night from the bar across the street, so if I stayed again I'd try and get a room at te back of the hotel. Staff speak decent English, but oftentimes couldn't understand simple requests, though it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, it was a truly lovely hotel. Nothing! Everything was perfect!!!. The food is quite expensive compare to the restaurant outside the hotel, also the portion are very small. The room was not very well acoustic insulated. Nothing. Our room was Right beside the pool and cleaning started around 6 am. Unfortunately cleaners talked very loudly. But this was our only complaint!. Breakfast is a bit basic. My evaluation is a bit biased by the fact that I was there on business, while this hotel is clearly made to cater to Siem Reap/Angkor tourists. No.
