  The receptionist was very nice and answered all our questions, had a good english and a nice smile. The room was large and clean, the breakfast was ok.   Having previously lived in Bulgaria, I know what represents value for money there - and Hotel Bela Neda certainly offers that! Set amidst the quaint cobbles of the 'old town', you're still only minutes from shops, bars and restaurants in the centre. I will definitely be booking again when I next return to VT! - the hotel is on a side street, in an older neighborhood (stone paved narrow streets) and therefore it was a quiet location. The hotel has a small grass garden in which my kids played a lot. while strolling in the old part of town it I enjoyed the architecture of old houses, crowded and small giving an unique feeling of an authentic old region. Lots of souvenirs to choose from. Some very nice hand painted china.

  The owner was very friendly and helpful. He kept in contact with us prior to our arrival and waited for us at the hotel where he had a parking space for us. He could not do enough for us on our arrival and even offered us a free upgrade for two nights.
