Great quality for the price. I had everything I needed - hairdryer, iron and ironing board, refrigerator. They offer room service on menu prices, with NO ADDED SERVICE FEE. Restaurant staff was very friendly, great variety on dishes. Front desk staff is also very friendly. The hotel is situated right next to the stadium. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is exceptional. The staff is very polite, the service is up to the satisfaction of the clients, the rooms are very comfortable. I am impressed. Thank you guys for making my stay in Veliko Tranovo unforgettable.
