The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding. We did not use the fitness room, but other people seemed to enjoy it. There was a game room(billiard and computer game) and a kids room as well but we never got to use i.
all reviews » I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk. Very good staff, clean and comfortable. Big rooms, TV with nice channels. There are some shops near the hotel. The hotel is quiet. If you plan to stay in Sunny Beach, this hotel would be nice place to stay. Otherwise I prefer to stay in Pomorie :). It was my third stay in Sunny Beach and this was the best hotel I have seen in this city. Very big rooms, very clean, new furniture, very friendly staff. Everything was pearfect!. - quiet (not very close to bars, clubs), walking distance to the beach - clean (daily cleaning, daily towels change and linen change every 2-3 days) - large rooms. the room is very large,staff was friendly and responsive to all issues,rich breakfast, in one word a pleasent holiday destination. Clean and modern rooms, walking distance to the city center. Friendly staff. Excellent family hotel. Staff was very friendly Room was very spacious Just next to supermarket and closeby an atm machine. The size of the room! the daughter and mother who own the hotel were very nice! as was the son. away from senter of sunny beach, quiet. short way to the beach, about 10 min walking. Staff very helpful and pleasant. rooms very larges. Hotel was quiet and cleaned. The location (close to Aquapark but far from the sea side in a quiet area). The room size and comfort. Avoid this place the staff are arrogant and very rude boiler went and wasn't even looked at until 11.30pm at night no utensils very overpriced mini bar and just terrible accommodation. Nothing - other than we had to leave Again :). Very bad connection with WiFi: you can get it from reception, but not in all rooms. I'm not happy with reception: while you not paid for room, with you will speak roughly! It's so bad. All others issues were solved only after payment. - bathroom isn't quite a 4* one (no shower basin and curtain), but still clean - surroundings are not very nice to watch (some ongoing construction sites nearby) but never felt unsafe - limited meal options. a bit far from the beach. no kitchen equipment in the rooms....!. Too far from beach. No internet access in the room. We did not have a wardrobe :-D. The bathroom is below the general hotel standard (heater generates noise almost permanent which makes your nights not so easy). Everything about the place I didn't like it is well advertised pics are deciieving avoid this place for sure.
