The Amfibia Beach Complex is situated in the southern part of the famous Black Sea resort of Sunny Beach, near to Nessebar, one of Europe's oldest towns. A free outdoor seasonal pool is provided. There is free WiFi throughout the premises. Cacao Beach can be found in 450 metres. Each of the rooms features air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels. A refrigerator is provided as well. At a surcharge, guests can use a safety deposit box. All rooms have a balcony, opening to sea views. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and free toiletries. Burgas is just 35 km and Burgas airport is only 25 km away. The complex includes 3 hotels - Amphibia, Morska Zvezda and Fregata - all located directly on the beach with comfortable rooms boasting balconies with superb sea views. Surrounded by a scenic landscape characterized by greenery and natural sand dunes, the hotels are ideal places for singles, couples and families. A grocery store can be found in 100 metres.

Excelent hotel for that money,close to the sea, nice stuff (the manageris very helpfull), beautifull pool, very nice see view, the room wasclean and comfortable, swedish buffet with good food in the morning,close to Nesebar city. The hotel is perfect, near the beach, has three swimming pools, the breakfast was very god, the price was ok considering the time i went 06-11 August 2008.

I liked best the view from the balcony towards the sea and thefriendliness of the receptionists. the hotel was very nice, and it was situated close to the beach..beautiful quite zone.Location - near the beach and close to Nessebar, clean and quiet neighborhood, nice bars, supermarkets. The kindness of the personell, the pools, the gardens. We have a studio and it was plenty of space. Two bathrooms also. There should have been a larger choice of types of cheese and salami atbreakfast, as well as more varied fruit juices.Bathroom problems - the drains don't work properly and after every shower we had water all over the bathroom; swimming pool not clean. Poor food choices at breakfast. tv not working well. this hotel is a typical 'tourist trap' - from photos posted on letsbookhotel.com which show only the reception not the hotel itself (an ugly non refurbished block of flats) and only 1 room that does not reflect the reality on spot;. Yes, everything, without the reception which is spectaculously.extra charge 7 euro for air condition (!!!) - NOT mentioned about in hotel information ; very poor breakfast; rooms standart - max. 2 star hotel. dirty water in the swimming pool, really poor breakfast. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. We had to ask for towels after four days use, the bathroom was openplan so when you showered the water went everywhere, curtains were hanging off the rails etc. etc. breakfast was poor with lukewarm coffee and toasters which didn't work properly the list really does go on and on.This was the 2nd worse hotel I have stayed in; first being the Ramada Inn Mia. Too touristic! Too big! Nothing was properly made: lift didn't work well, airco was broke. Rooms were really too small, it was as we were in a YMCA building!. 2* quality for a 4* hotel, old furniture, poor diner. The cleanliness of the room and of the entire hotel .it is a old hotel 1 star, the room is very dirty, the bed is incomfortable, the breakfast was for pigs. the hotel is far away from the beach. 1.we made reservation - Amfibia beach hotel 4 star hotel ; (3+ stars letsbookhotel.com email ) In reality the is a so called “ Amfibia beach complex” with few hotels, all of them max 2 star At the front desk the staff said that we made reservation for 3 stars and sent us in other hotel called Moersk svezda ( sea star ) – not refurbished hotel, maximum 1+ star 2.they didn’t accept payment by credit. unpolite staff; horrible conditions of accomodation; they didn't clean the rooms; the food was horrible; I stayed one night at the hotel and that ruined my vacation;.
