yes, good location, very helplful staff, computers in the hallway for free use. Location near tourist sites and restaurants etc. Staff very freindly. Location excellent. Value for money. Good selection of TV channels to choose from. Initimate feel and more personalised service. The room was quiet and had a nice windows. The free wireless was great as well as the tea and coffee in the room. The location was optimal.

I could hear the noise made in the hall, even woke up at around 4 am because of it, my room door was probably too thin or something. I also felt uncomfortable taking showers on the floor of the bathroom with water running all over flooding the bathroom itself, a pair of plastic slippers would have been good to have in my bags...No coathangers a small wardrob only. The shower. the bathroom was very small. no elevator which made it hard to the last floor, bath curtain was broken down, there was no assistance with the luggages (where there should be in a boutique hotel). no lift - so need to carry lagguage up to the 4th floor , so if suitcases are heavy might be cause problems..., hot water shortages - quickly resolved by hotel's staff, in the busy days traffic from the street is loud also old trams run just next to the hotel - so if you are placed on 2nd floor you can see tram's roof. Generaly the hotel is really fine. Didn't have a shower cabin or bathtub. Stairs to climb but ok forthe fit ones.Reception was on the first floor and rooms were on the second, so if youhave any luggage, there are no elevators. The first floor rooms are noisy as they are right across the reception. We have not seen the other floors. They don't have a breakfast room. This turned out to be a negative when we thought we could just go out and get something to eat and couldn't find a place for breakfast.Room and bed sizes, discomfort. In the the rooms from level with Reception (1st) one can hear all routine noises from Reception. There was one receptionist which tried to get the full payment in advance although not indicated in the offer; he was afterwards offended as I wanted to get a non-smoking room as - I quote: "What is your problem?"; it seems not wanting to pay in advance and asking for the non-smoking room was too much.there is no breakfast room, the rooms beside the reception are loud, not cosy, and very unsecure.
