This was the first time we have stayed here, and we found everything perfect not only in the room, but the wonderfully helpful Irina that bent over backwards to make sure everything was to our liking, of which it was,no complaints whatsoever
We where offered the option to upgrade to another Ab fab room if we wanted ( but a little out of our price range) We were more than happy with what we had , everything from the Price, (absolute bargain,)

I was on business trip in Sofia. I booked suite appartment through letsbookhotel.com on my way to Bulgaria. After 5 minutes I have got answer per email and telephone. It was pleasent surprise! Quick response, all details about appartment and details I needed to find appartment, communication with Mrs. Kali... I have to commend!
The suite was clean and tidy, small, but big enough for two persons, good equiped and comfortable. I must mention very nice view and big round bed. Host was polite and.
The flat was impeccably clean and decorated. We loved the view over the city from the window next to the bed. It was very warm inside even without turning on the heater. And, it is located just steps away from a metro (underground) station. Definitely a great place to stay.

I live in Sofia so the location did not bother me, but some may feel that the flat is located a bit far from the centre and that it is too near the train station. Do not let this be a factor in your decision. The walk to the centre is quite nice. The underground is so close that if you don't want to walk - you can easily get to where you want to go.
