The food was incredibly fatty and oily, particularly the meat and vegetables. kids playground. By naight, a very bad smell comming from the inside of the pipes. We must keep every day the window open. It was impossible to sleep without an open window. They must fix this problem. On arrival the hotel did not have a room available on our first night and we had to stay in the sister hotel Sol Nessebar Mare - not a good start to the holiday!!! The next day they transferred us to Palace and upgraded us from half-board to fully inclusive and brought sparkling wine and fruit to our room. Worked out well in the end, but felt as if it shortened the holiday. It's actually a 4* hotel and it should be advertised as such. Cleanness of the beach.all in all it was great value for money and the position of the hotel is great (just a few steps away from the beach). By far, this is not a 5* Hotel. A fair 4*. Food is average, the comfort of the room is just ok, not the expected of a 5* Hotel. I felt that th Hotel was pretty dirty all over (hall, corridors, rooms, etc).The staff ! and the food - could do a lot better !. Food very poor - the service on the pool bar. There was a bad smell in the bathroom (from the ventilation); food of poor quality. The staff were not at all helpful, welcoming or friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel wasn't at all friendly, therefore we didn't drink in the bar at all. They charge far too much for the pool table (if you have change to buy the tokens because none of the staff would give you any change). The indoor pool changing rooms were disgusting.
