Great pool with green surroundings and free Wi-Fi; very cool place to surf on your mobile device :) Nice balcony well furnished with great sea view. Parking was ok, well guarded (barrier, cams and porter) but a little bit expensive (12 lv per day). The complex looks great. Very clean. Food was ok. Not much variety, but for 2 days stay was ok. Everything is new. Secured parking. Very close to the beach 2 minutes walk, It's in the middle of Golden Sands close to shopping areas and restaurants/ bars - 2 minutes walk. Huge swimming pool. The apartments are huge and extraordinary well equiped. Each day, the entire apartment is cleaned, the towels are changed. The pool is extraordinary and the parking is big enough for all the hotel guests. The food is good with a fair variety (breakfast and dinner). The hotel is absolutely new. Staff was VERY friendly. Excellent SPA Salon for very reasonable prices. Very nice pool and you can always find a sun-bed near the pool. Good bar near the pool. Very good place for parents with smaller children. Good clean rooms, daily cleaning and daily change of towels, bed linen every 2-3 days, courteous staff, convenient location - in the heart of the golden sands on the second line, there is a playground and children's room by the hour, free wi-fi in public areas (we had a connection in the room), children's and adult swimming pools. Location is pretty good. Rooms are quite big enough and furnitures seemed new. wifi is available only in public area; mattress too hard; at check out they asked us to pay some towels which they did not provided (after a long debate the manager accepted the evidence but it was very embarrassing); I strongly suggest to count how many towels do you have in the room when arriving and ask somebody from reception to come and check - when receiving the room nobody tells you how many towels you should have and at check out they ask you to pay for them). Not so close to the beach, you have some steps to overcome to go to and from the beach. Not a big issue for adults, but having a little child with you may be not the best walk from the beach. Our little daughter got sick on our last day. The good thing is they have a doctor in the complex, the bad thing is he speaks very little English and we had to pay 100 EUR. The Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby and pool. May be nice to have it available in the rooms as well. Spa facilities were not working and are not included in room price. The staff is not friendly at all, expecially the reception one. Also, the relation between the hotel reception and the restaurant is very poor, often we have reached the restaurant door just to be informed that we do not have a reservation - had to go back to reception, get a proof, go back to the restaurant. Also, the hotel is situated uphill from the beach, reaching the beach with the baby trolley is, not impossible, but a challenge - at least until you find out the right paths. Sometimes the sound of disco clubs did not allow to open the balcony during the night. Food (breakfast) - limited options; Staff not speaking too much English. No idea. Maybe some dishes (plates, etc.) in the kitchen and the fact the fitness room was not open. The sofa was very hard to sleep on. No castrul to make your coffea in. Customer care and service is poor. Front desk staff is not friendly and is not willing to help (e.g. refusing to print one page document). Reception staff could learn how to smile and be more polite. Reception area could use air-conditioning. Wi-fi too weak to reach rooms away from middle of hotel. At breakfast they could be more careful whit details. In the kitchen are no pots for cooking and we had to preare the food for our 10 month dother in our camping set :) in a 4* APART hotel. Staff with no training for how to act for the guests. Not all facilities was open for the season, as: poolbar, spa, etc. The hotel have rules about when it shoud be silent, but in this hour they was cutting gras, washing with high pressure washers etc. We will never stay on this hotel again in Golden sands, and this is only because of bad trained staff. At the checkout the amount to pay was slightly higher than reserved. Also better to have local currency. Bad breakfast (poor choice, it looks stale), from which we finally gave up, few outlets in the room, no cooking utensils (we were given a pot after our request). My son picked up rotavirus after swimming in the pool (a lot of kids hurt). Pillow sheets were not so clean. Floors were obviously not well-kept.
