the main thing that stuck out for me was the same service i got last time i visited so i would say the consistancey of the hotel and staff. The friendliness of the staff The cleanliness of the rooms The fact that the cleans rooms on a daily basis. Good access to slopes and town. Modern, clean, large rooms.
