The views of the mountains were spectacular from our room, the staff were kind, friendly & attentive, and the facilities (spa/sauna etc) welcoming. We booked a studio with a self-catering kitchenette but there were only 2 mugs & 2 glasses! When we asked, they allowed us 3 plates, knives, forks & spoons, but no bowls, pans, cooking utensils etc.
