The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near the ski lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful The facilities in the hotel were excellent and extensive and represented very good value for a family holiday The breakfast was varied and fresh The person running the kids club was always pleasant and enthusiastic.
