The staff were very helpful, spoke English and were friendly. Breakfast was good with a very acceptable range of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, juices and sweets, plus a variable hot option along with omlettes to order. Bed in the room was comfortable and the windows opened in the room and ensuite which was a nice surprise after so many modern hotels in which this is impossible. Reception stuff was wonderful and helpful. They were speaking fluent English. Thanks to Felipe, Fabio and Kaique. Rooms were so clean, shower was amazing. Every morning i got up early and took shower. Breakfast was awesome.1 hour is not enough for this amazing breakfast.. 10 points goes to Royal Jardins Boutique Hotel from Turkey..
all reviews » Excellent staff that is professional, yet has a sense of humor. Great location. Rooms are very comfortable and modern. Bathroom is a very good size and the shower is hot and powerful. Internet works well throughout the hotel and is included with the rate, as is the delicious breakfast. Great staff, lovely clean room. Was quite small but it didn't matter for 1 night. Super location. We had a few hrs before we got our bus & we were able to read in the reception area & charge our phones!. The Standard Double Room was clean but small. Comfortable beds. Very nice Breakfast. The area around hotel seemed very safe. Within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops and Paulista Avenue. The location and very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that bothered us was not sound proof walls. Would have liked to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Smaller room, wellness. Rooms did not have a coffee machine. Taxi fare for transfer to the airport (gru) varies depending on whether is paid by cash or credit card. Transfer is provided by (from what it seemed) a private car. Not a good impression from a hotel. However, it got me there promptly. A little noisy corridor. Poor service at night in restaurant/bar area, not good with wake up calls. The food was not great. Walls should be thicker. no iron available to use, only an ironing service. I requested a transfer to the airport on the last day from reception. It had not been organized. thin walls and small rooms. Telling me that they would put a double bed in our room, so I'd have to wait two and a half hours for this. To which, two and a half hours later, it was not a double bed, but they had merely put the single beds together and tried to disguise this fact by placing a sheet over it. Had I known they were going to do this, I would've done it myself. Unbelievable. Darkness of rooms. Loud noise from other rooms across the hallway Wake up call 15min delayed Taxi that we ordered not there at the time. Had to wait elevator for 5 minutes. Nothing. Limited services, such as restaurant and bar. Breakfast finished at 10, Heating didn't work, shower tap fell off in my hand. - mainly brazilian channels free to watch on the t.v. - no international news channels - noisy with neighbours banging the doors - the breakfast buffet isn't filled up regulary, cold scrammbled eggs, the coffee machine was out of order, no empty glasses abvailable, .... - no bath. Needs maintenance. The shower tap just came off. The light switches are very inconveniently located. Double room had no space to walk in after keeping our two bags.lift was slow.
