This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. The staff were excellent. Everyone was very helpful especially the door men and check in staff. Used the coffee shop and it was excellent.

If you study the underground before you go to Sao Paulo, this hotel is a very good choice. we enjoyed the fact it was child friendly and was located near restaurants and shopping areas. the staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, well-equipped, good wifi. The location is great for sightseeing. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast ok. Rooms were spacious, comfortable with quality fittings. On site gym was very good. The staff were helpful and easy to deal with. near subway and Republic Square. Very nice hotel! Comfortable room, big bathroom, and good restaurant!. Strategic location, iMac for public users, clean and cosy. The staff was nice, the service and internet was good. The breakfast is ok and the free wi-fi is helpful. I had to call to have my room serviced. The entrance should be more clear, it was for me hard to see. there was no swimming pool. The breakfast room is like a cantine and the personal on reception are rather slow to handle checkin/checkout. Car parking service takes almost 30 minutes to return the car. Location isnt 100% but its central enough. Taxi´s needed unless you like walking like me!. surrounding neighborhood gets pretty sketchy fast as you go away from the hotel.... A decent Internet speed. Bad bed and noisy near roof area. expensive breakfast, no checkout after 1pm allowed at no charge, no leisure options for children. The breakfast everyday was the same which turned out to be quite boring if you are staying for 7 days at the same place. the other problem was lack of English channels. I don't speak Portuguese but i guess i did pick up some words here and there since i was watching everything in Portuguese. check in and out seems to take a long time, they have plenty of staff but allocation of roles isnt quite there. the rooms were small.
