Location, location, location ... Location/rooms/staff. Everything. See sights from the rooms in front of the see are awesome. The room is big. Door handles kept falling of in the bathroom and the door to the main room. The bathroom is extremely small, two people can hardly be in it (we were in a grand deluxe room). During our stay, the hotel was being redecorated and there was too much noise in the morning. The corridors are too dark. The breakfast buffet was very poor. NO FREE WI-FI!!!!. - WiFi (to pay for) in the Room's horrible - Value for Money does not match. Value for money, poor service and facilities. Hotel needs renovation. They dont put soap and shampoo during the holiday there. The sheets were not changed. Very expensive internet. Guest parking is available for extra money. Too expensive for what you get. Extra cost for wifi which had bad service and was only for one device. Boring breakfast. Rooms need upgrading. The pool area is allright, but it smells really bad there because of some old tubes besides it or something.. The air condition was only on/off button. Not possible to regulate the degrees. old facilities, much closer to a 2-3 stars than to a 4 stars hotel, medium size room of very average confort, very poor service (example: no glass in my room: I asked for a glass 4 times in 2 days to get one with no result), noisy street. Internet was not reliable. Showers were not so clean. Hotel was old without the adequate maintenance. Staff was un attentive and lacked the basic information for costumers. Rooms were filthy with a minimum superficial tidiness. Breakfast was abundant but badly served. They ran out of spoons so they but plastic ones among steel cutlery. . The room is too terrible. Too noisy. No free wifi even in lobby. Dirty rooms, disorganised staff, billing system a mess, traffic. Staff were not friendly as example they were not willing to make a taxi reservation to the airport and got a paper with phone number for a taxi, who don't speak English. Decadent hotel Floor smells urine. The stuff is not friendly at all this hotel charge for internet service and I found out that most of the hotels in Rio don't charge for internet. The rooms are very dirty. They don't even change your bed sheets and towels. Breakfast is very poor. They have the same menu every day so you get tired about eating the samething. The service was poor, not to the standard of a four stars hotel. - Nobody in the staff speaks English - Not very responsive staff - Flies in the restaurant around the food and tables - Awful, dirt plastic glasses in the room -Expensive for what you get. Room was different from what i have booked Staff unpolite and useless Breakfast very poor and not enough for all guests Bathroom poor and leaking a/c noisy.
