Convenient location and cleanliness of room. Wine and fruit basket werea nice touch for new years. The small amount of room service food I ordered was of poor quality anddid not reflect the price although it was prompt and staff werefriendly. When I asked for a taxi to the airport I was only offered aprivate hire car at a price double that of a metered taxi. I dislikethis type of thing intensely and refused.
