Friendly staff, pretty good breakfast buffet, took care of our luggage while we were waiting for airport transportation, went out of their way to get us transportation to airport on Xmas day. the breakfast was great. Elevators were a nightmare; two blocks from beach;. the room was too small, the walls needed repainting, the curtains needed changing, the ac was too loud, and the hotel was quite far from ipanema which is the best part of the city.
