Frankly everything. Clean, excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, nice park very near,equipped kitchen,... This is my second stay here. I chose this hostel because of its location. Nothing!. Unfortunately, I dont feel they do a good job to welcome you. Receptionist andrea has a bad and negative attitude. She seems to hate her job and she projects it. As hard as I tried to reach a manager to report andrea via email or through staff, no manager was reachable. Emily, the assistant manager at the time ignored my request to speak to a manager. I felt completely mocked and humiliated by the situation.
