Flavia the owner is very flexible and easy going. We extended our stay a few times and she was very accomodating. Damien arranged a good breakfast and was helpful in giving advice about the city. Great big house with good size rooms. Shower was nice! Excellent value for money! The house is being renovated as the owners have been living abroad. Santa Teresa is 5 minute walk away and so is Gloria metro/subway so very convenient. Delicious Local pizza place a few minutes walk away!.
