All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business
hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow
taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the

Great location if you want to hang around in Lapa. Very close to the metro station so you can easily go to Copacabana and Ipanema as well. The staff has been very helpful and let us check in much in advance. Thank you!

Internet worked, service in restaurants was perfect, front desk was very helpful, bellhops were helpful, price was great etc. -

The location was perfect for our needs. We just stayed one night as a
stop over in Rio (leaving the next day for Bahia) and the Santos Dumont
airport is literally a 10 minute walk from there! The rooms were nice

The Hostel is in a wonderful mansion with big gardens and a pool. The family stilll live in the house and are very friendly and speak excellent English. We sat with them and watched football on the TV, drank some beers and the dad orded a pizza for us- it felt more like a home stay then a hostel. -
