all reviews » Good class and comfortable hotel - in my opinion same standard as Marriott on the opposite side of the road but for half price. Very good location just 5 min from Guarulhos airport. Free shuttle bus from international terminal. Location is perfect if you are waiting for your next flight. Good transfer by shuttle bus right in front of the arrival hall. In the hotel there is the possibility to swim and do some fitness. Very friendly staff. My trip was a short over night stay so I did not have a chance to use any ammenities other than the restaurant. My experience overall was very good. Great facility overall. If you have an early flight, this is the right choice. Close to the airport, free shutlle and very early breakfast. English speaking reception staff. Location to Sao Paolo airport with courtesy bus every 20 mins. Outdoor pool. No aircraft noise. Good equipped business hotel. Hotel doesn't offer an early check in, which cause some inconvienience after longhaul flight or necessity of booking the room for the day before your arrival. In a very cold night in Sao Paulo, the whole facility, rooms included, were freezing. Very expensive food and alcolholic drinks in bar and restaurant. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Close to the airport, but far away from anything else. Nothing; everything was fine. Wi-Fi not working and despite saying someone would resolve issue, 2 hours later I had to go to business centre to get it done - took 2 minutes. Parking. Very old Tv. The shuttle bus to airport start from 5:30, because I could not use the early morning flight. Lobby very cold and background music far too loud in all common areas. The breakfast rate not included. The room smelt a little of stale cigarette smoke. Rooms have to be renewed! Looks like style of the 80's but clean. the phone was not working I told them my brother was coming to pick me up 9am to go together to the airport, I asked them to let him come to my room, without waking me up. They not only wake me up. they wanted to charge my brother as extra person in the room. The night before they didn't tell me anything about this. Smelly rooms, extremely laid-back service.
