Nice staff. And the green in front of my room (grass/trees), nice given the industrial area. Clean and very close to the airport.great value for money. clean room / big bed. Facilities was good. service was great.Very convenient to the airport. Basic, very small room, but clean. Restaurant on premises, but it closed at 9PM (about the time we arrived). Free parking was a bonus.

We drove aroundfor a long time.eve buffet disappointing / shuttle service to A/P would be nice but knew this in advance, reception arranged cab with no problem ( let them know night before to set appointment). All TV channels are in French expect for CNN only, need more English or if possible other languages, more info regarding the city of brussels, tourstic places, maps. the computer in the lounge should be cleaner. No carpet. The towels in the bathroom had a lot of stains as well as the sheets. Also during dinner french speaking guest were served first, because the waitress did not speak english and ignored us for 15 min even as there were just a few guests in the restaurant.i needed simple things like normal phone wake up, they do not make this service. power failure in the morning. So noisy from the road, hardly slept and this made the beds feel even more uncomfortable, poor pillows etc... Wifi Internet was not working and could not be repared while I was there. Anyway, it would have been much too expensive. 5 Euro per hour. Should be for free. Very noisy, thin walls, no acoustic insulation. Very cold rooms, could hardly been heated with the little electric convector. personnel not very courteous.There were no/few outside lights which makes it hard to find the room.The room had no curtains. The walls in the bathroom were not very clean, and on TV were only french en german spoken programs. I thougt that Zaventem was a dutch speaking community?. Very bad staff ...rather arrogant .. rooms with less care . Two bulbswere not working ( in bath room and bed rom ) and n body bothered !!! noDinner on weekends !!. Charged €21 for breakfast rather than the price quoted on letsbookhotel.com - not impressed for what was basically bread and cheese. Also woken at 5:00am due to banging noise from elswhere in the hotel which went on for a long time meaning getting back to sleep was difficult.The room was hideously cold, bathroom walls and facilities dirty, wardrobe with no door, no plug sockets in the room. Utterly poor.
