The receptionist (young lady) was very helpfull and serviceminded. The breakfast was good and there was a variable choice of egg, bread, cheese etc. The room was fine and with a balcon (away from the motorway). Bathroom had both shower and bathtop. Maybe I was just lucky - but I got a fantastic room in 2 floors. All staff was brilliantly friendly, serviceminded and helpful. Beutiful situated on the shore of Mosel. Spa department was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel!.

Easy to get to on the road network. Free parking. Comfortable - good size bedroom and bathroom, warm and quiet. Large choice of food at breakfast. It had all the facilities we needed though breakfast was pricey but the Garage near by had cheaper food. It was a very nice hotel and amazing value for money and on the motorway so suited our purpose. Excellent value for money. Nice large room and nice fittings. Reception staff very helpful. We were in room 20 and the beds and duvets were absolutely fantastic.....we slept very well. Close to major highways and roads. Good money value for the service and comfort provided. Comfortable bed, convenient location right at the freeway, restaurant offers good dinner. efficient friendly staff, reasonable prices, pleasant dining room, good food. It was great value with large rooms that were quiet and perfect to sleep. With the door/window open it was a little noisy. Staff were helpful. Well connected to the Highway. staff very friendly. The breakfast restaurant was very dark (too dark). The refrigerator in the room (former minibar) had a very bad smell (keep it closed !). Minor issue was that bundesstrasse 50 (or 53?) was also close to hotel. It did not really disturb me. Also to mention that the restaurant was very expensive. However the food was also very good - so in a way acceptable value for money. i am sure the price for breakfast could be a bit cheaper 30 euros for a couple is very expensive we dont bother with it . The scrabbled eggs were made in a large batch very early in the morning (06:00?) - so by 08:00 on my first day they were like rubber. On my second day at 09:00 the scrambbled eggs were solid. And the bacon - by this time - was very overcooked. Make smaller but regular batches freshly?. I couldn't find reception on arrival! The directions for the hotel were nonsense! It's at a service station on the motorway. None really except it was a fair distance to get back on the highway to go to Gent . We didnot like the constant noise of the parked trucks on the parking lot with their cooling or airco units running all the time. Breakfast is too expensive. Our way through the carpark was spoiled by numerous wheelie bins overflowing with disgusting waste. With more waste piled around the bins. Had to go to foyer for wifi. The breakfast was 15 euros each! Go to the gas station and buy breakfast and then take it back to the lobby to eat (only place where wifi works). breakfast could be more complete. breakfast is really poor. No Airconditioning. Location is almost "on" the highway (but the sound isolation is OK). Based in Belgium, hotel charged for using hotel toilet (clearly not the ensuite one) and breakfast/restaurant was rather pricey. Hotel was a little tatty in places. Internet not in rooms and a little difficult to find a good signal. No tea/coffee in rooms, though we understand that is common in Belgium. A fridge would have been handy. Quality - Price. we needed to look at 3 rooms before we accepted a clean room. WiFi was not working, and apparently it never works. Not professional. Wi-fi connection not working at all!.
