Friendliness of all personnel; decor and classic style of the hotel; its central location; the food; the hotel's endearing and entertaining little pet cat!. Beuatiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. Although they provided room service, it was very easy to stop by the restaurant, pick up your food/drink and take it back to your room. Central location. Also I found the ladies at reception area very friendly. The breakfast and the view of the cathedral from the hotel room. Central, clean, very nice room, big modern, and stylish. Interet access should have been offered at check-in rather than waiting for me to discover how to do it after getting comfortable in my room.My room was not clean (stains, paint drops). By mistake I had booked for two persons, which I realized when I came home. By checking in I highlighted that I was by myself but the booking was not changed. At checking in I was not aware that I had booked for two but I got a drink voucher for two so I asked.They insisted to take a copy of both my passport and my credit card - including the 3 digit number from the back of the card. This made me very uncomfortable and in future I would refuse to do this. It is very insecure and totally unnecessary in my opinion. Poor breakfast, Our room was not cleaned or bathroom towels changed,when I questioned this problem, was told that never happens. Later Ireceived call telling me that the room was not serviced because of cardon door the card on door said please clean room as wittenesed by mypartner because when we returned at noon rechecked the card as room wasnot cleaned and we though that they were very busy. not clean. cleanliness.
