The hotel offered a particularly good and substantial breakfast buffet including hot dishes and a wide range of teas, not omitting English Breakfast Tea as so many European hotels do!. A first class hotel with first class service. Ideally positioned with excellent rooms and facilities. Outstanding value for money. The location, the comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

It could've been better signposted as it was fairly difficult to find at first.Lack of parking - street parking can be a lottery. on the front side the view is nice but the road is noisy. I parked 3 cars away in front of the hotel. My car window was broken by delinquency. Some of our party stayed in rooms that were poor by comparison to the refurbished rooms.Restaurant was expensive. Some rooms facing the main street. Bar not open much. Disturbed twice by the cleaning lady on Saturday at 08.30.A little bit away from the center (20 min walk) .At night the surrounding streets do not give a very save feeling. Poor bed, i.e. room ordered for two people (I had planned to bring my wife) but bed was two single beds next to each other. Bed very uncomfortable (the ONLY unformfortable I have had during 100 hotel nights a year the last 10+ years). part of the hotel is under renovation. The hotel accomodation appeared to be quite expensive. The last night was double the price of the first night for the same room.Room was facing the road and it was noisy. we booked a double room but were given sigle beds - we've been married 30 years but still like to cuddle!!. Poor choice of food in the restaurant. Only expensive fixed menus available. The cooked breakfast was cold, there was inadequate heating facilities. This was a shame because the resturant was very nice.Windows need to be replaced !!!! We can make great offer for heat and noise isolation !!!!. Room was very mediocre. could use some redecoration/painting.The bar by coming. Bed comfort. Rude breakfast staff, and no Do Not Disturb signs in rooms. internet services a rip-off - desk staff at night not helpful. Dust, no service, magnetic key not working when coming back in the evening, no possibility to have some water In a very bad conditon, they will have to do a lot off work to be on a normal level of quality.
