- I had to wait more than half an hour for the keys; the guy showed up late and barely apologized.
- There was no toilet paper.
- Neighbours upstairs were extremely loud the last night.
The fact that 1) I had to wait for 20 minutes before the keys arrived, and 2) the internet did not work and no help was offered.
There was no kettle. I was given the passcode for the door but only later discovered that a key was needed for entry after 10pm (luckily another neighbour let me in). The TV also was not working.
TV and Internet not working, no breakfast, very expensive.
