Beautiful rooms, very lovely friendly staff. Service was excellent, they could not do enough for you! We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!! The restaurant has good food too!. When we first entered the lobby, we fell in love with it immediately. Luxurious and cozy at the same time. The room was clean and tidy with enough space to store our shopping goodies. Our bed was very comfortable. The crew was very friendly and helpful as well.

No Iron, only 1 bathrobe, no slippers, about 12/13 mins from the grand plaze.It lacked any atmosphere. Rooms not well soundproofed. the huge price for the breakfast, the internet access was included in the executive classtype bedroom. Noisy area, especially in terms of traffic,. Internet was prohibitif. Nowadys it should be standard especially in such hotel Rooms became too warm at night. There was no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot everynight (opening the window made it too noisy to sleep). Also there was alot of calling to the room by staff each day which is a bit annoying ifyou decide to stay in your room in the morning or afternoon.All was ok,but I sugest in the future to improuve the breakfast:the espresso was not so good and not to much vegetable were available. The hairdryer did not work and the key card would not work the secondnight and they ran out of butter at breakfast (breakfast is 29e). For a5* hotel I did not think these things should occur.The fact that the hotel faces a strip of sex toy shops was a down side. Had problems with printing documents from my laptop and the hotel has no direct health services (such as massage, swimming pool), too bad. the internet price was a very high while it's officered in many hotel for Free specially in the business corner. yes i did find some thing .its internet .i arr at hotel at 23 00 .and just for 1 hr you have to pay for a whole day . wich is 20 euros. For that price there should be free internet and just a simplebreakfast included!. The staff, especially at the reception were unfriendly, when we asked for information they were bothered and didn't want to help.Smell in the corridors - Third world staff not to the standard of what we expect in this kind of hotel - horrible stories about frozen food being served in the restaurant. The price for breakfast alone was the same price as the room! And the breakfast was not even that good. We thought the price displayed was per room but it was per person.
