What people say
this is a perfect place for you if you travel with a little child. the kitchenette has everything - even the coffee maker and tea pot! very nice people there. the location of the hotel is just cross the street from the Atomium. We liked it alot staying there. Nice big room with all I needed. Good location (very close to Atomium and Mini Europe park), nice and clean room, very spacious bathroom, nice breakfast. There was no staff when we came but it was very easy to get our keys at the cafe next door and as my credit card was already known at www.LetsBookHotel.com, the payment was automatically processed the next morning with no problems. all reviews »
Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent close to trams and metro and close to attractions. Liked the wireless internet and even had a few English channels which was a bonus. Overall good value. It has a full kitchen with tableware and a pot, refrigerator; right at the Atomium, wireless internet; spacious room. the cleanliness, the renewed interior (including the bathroom) and the (very) simple but good breakfast. Close to public trasportation, close to EXPO Brussels conference area, the rooms are clean. Ease of late arrival and early leaving. excellent breakfast. Nice location, good value for money. With only a one night stay it is hard to like or dislike something. Based on my short experience everything was as anounced so if I disliked something I should choose another hotel. free internet and kitchen. Buffet breakfast. Location and view from the room. The rooms were clean. Location for Atomium.More for breakfast than just a roll and croissants (although I know that is the usual thing in Belgium). No one was ever at the reception for asking questions however I was helped by the hotel staff immediatley when problems arose. The advertised airport shuttle is 30 euros, no hairdryer, steep and narrow stairs. In the morning you hear quite well the tram passing by in front of the hotel. The stairs are narroww, four floors without elevator. 300 television channels but 90% of them arabic or italian. noise : too close to the train station and bed was two twin attached not queen size. No soap for washing first night and morning; no internet second night and morning; poor breakfast maintenance second morning; no taxi 3rd morning, although manager said he would call one.cost. Pas de reception, prix eleve. there was no staff;i didn't see anyone during my staying.I had tot pick up the keys in a cafe nexdoors and pay there in advance in cash!!!!. the bed was awful, could feel the springs through the mattress. It was extremely noisy, as it is at the intersection of two tram lines. The plumbing was aweful- the pipes in my room made a very loud noise everytime the tap was turned on. The showerhead was broken, so water was going everywhere. Worst of all, there was never anyone at the reception to ask for questions, directions, etc. There is no free private parking available so we had to park on thestreet 2km away Free parking was why we chose this hotel on letsbookhotel.comThe room was not an apartment - it was just an ordinary hotel room andwe were charged a higher rate than was posted on reception. The floorwas filthy and there is lots of noise from the trams. Reception is not24hr- collect your keys from the bar next door.Everything. Vastly overpriced for what it was, even at a peak time. The floors were unvacuumed and filthy, the bed covers, sheets and curtains even worse. I felt as if I couldn't touch anything for fear of infection / infestation. While the area was nice, it was far too far away from anything but the Atomium. Do not stay here at any price.
